Started with three partners who were tired of the stuffy corporate law scene. We wanted to do things differently - keep it real, keep it personal.
Expanded into commercial litigation after winning some pretty big cases. Word got around that we don't back down from tough fights.
Moved to our current Bay Street location. Grew the team to 25 lawyers without losing that boutique feel we started with.
Launched our M&A advisory practice. Helped over 150 companies through successful mergers and acquisitions.
Still here, still fighting for our clients. We've handled over 800 corporate matters and we're just getting warmed up.
